About Us

Hello! My name is Linda Faust

Unlike most health and wellness coaches, I am a nurse practitioner who has been delivering primary care for the past 10 years in a medical system that doesn’t allow the time and resources really needed to make meaningful and impactful changes in people's lives. I decided to advance my knowledge with a degree from MacNutritionUni to better understand the evidence behind nutrition modifications and avoid being another victim of the misinformation propaganda that is highly marketed to all of us. Along the way, I have realized that health looks very different for all of us and what works for one person won’t be the answer for someone else.

 

I have become very passionate about helping people strive for a better version of themselves each and everyday! I have helped many people see that hard work pays off in so many aspects of life and investing in yourself is never a wrong decision.

Our Services

Personalized Nutrition Work-up

This is our foundational service and is required for every following service. This is where current dietary practices are assessed and all nutrition questions are answered. You will be provided with the key information you need to reach your goals.

Guided Nutritional Improvement

This is where you will be provided the tools and skills to make seamless lifelong changes to your eating habits and significantly improve your body/health/performance. You will receive weekly contact to ensure progress is tracked effectively and efficiently with tweaks and updates to your nutrition plan where needed

Aftercare Appointments

This service is suited to anyone who has undertaken a nutrition service with us in the past and would like additional support to ensure ongoing progress.
